About the event
Join Carol Lucey and Susie Makuch in a 8 week Sound and Yoga series starting Sundays in January till the end of February.
In this series you will experience movement of the body through a light fluid yoga session, incorporating sacred sound, mantras & mudras. This will help to cultivate stillness by connecting naturally to the vibration of the universe.
