Join us for Baby & Me, a warm and welcoming space for parents, grandparents, nannies, and caregivers of babies 0–18 months. This free group is designed to connect, share, and support one another through the joys and challenges of early parenthood. Each session has the flexibility to focus on different topics that support caregivers’ well-being and growth.
Christine, a Reiki Master, is also happy to offer optional Reiki as a gentle tool for relaxation for anyone who wishes to experience it. Bring your baby just as they are—feed, cuddle, or change them—while connecting with other caregivers who truly understand the journey. Donations are appreciated to help support the space.
