The root chakra is the very first chakra located at the base of your spine. This is considered the foundation of your essence. Sometimes past experiences related to childhood, younger years, or all things related to our “foundation” can leave behind residual denser energy. Focusing on this chakra with the power of intention and reiki can help remove the stagnant energy you may be carrying, allowing you to become more grounded , focused and stronger in your energetic power.
Please bring white socks for our salt observatory. If possible wear red . Red is the color of the root chakra. Wearing specific colors per chakra can aid in the energetic clearing of said chakra.
