This session is designed to help you reconnect with feelings of stability and inner strength as we transition into a new season. Together we will release scattered energy, quiet the overwhelm, and create space to feel more centered, grounded, and aligned — through guided meditation, Reiki healing, sound therapy, and aromatherapy.
