Join Nicole and Rebecca for Rogki, a custom-created class for kids (8+) that combines yoga, reiki, aromatherapy, sound, and meditation. This 60-minute session is designed to help children open up their energy centers, heal, connect with their bodies, and embrace their best selves in a fun and relaxed manner. Don't forget to bring your water, journal, mat, pillows, blankets, and dress comfortably.
