Give your child three days of movement, mindfulness, creativity and fun this winter break. Kids Yoga Camp is a joyful space where children can unplug, build confidence, make new friends and discover yoga and mindfulness through play.
Each day includes playful yoga, movement games, bubbles, arts and crafts, guided meditation, breathing exercises and calming time in the Salt Therapy Room. Campers end every day with a cozy Savasana, snuggled up with pillows, blankets, calming music and a favorite stuffed animal.
