About the event
Pilates refers to performing controlled, repetitive movements with an emphasis on a mind/body connection. Low-impact variations allow for joint safety while still progressing strength and stability. Classes will have a strong emphasis on connecting thought to action. Our instructor Collin will introduce and guide the practice of intentional movement and breathing. Low Impact Pilates is perfect for all fitness levels, promoting strength and stability. Join us for a 60 minute class to foster a strong connection between mind and muscle!
