Swing into summer with our Monkey Mind Meditation to help quiet your thoughts and settle into the stillness. During this 60 minute meditation Rebecca will guide your imagination into a beautiful and playful rainforest to help you attain a restful state of peace and tranquility.
Grounding you down to mother earth connecting you deeper into nature helping you to release the running thoughts of a monkey mind.
Class starts promptly at 7 and doors open at 6:45.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need for comfort.
