Join reiki Master Nicole in reigniting your passion, confidence and creativity. This group reiki treatment includes breath-work,sound healing, aroma therapy, a short guided mediation and Reiki.

During this group healing we will be focusing on the solar plexus and sacral chakra. The solar plexus relates to who we are and what we do. It’s where our purpose lies. Our sacral chakra is associated with how we feel about our selves and others. Our creativity and confidence is also associated with this chakra.Some believe this is where your power resides. Cleansing both solar plexus and sacral chakra can ignite your self love, confidence and purpose.

* please dress comfortably and bring a pillow and blanket. Yoga mats will provided if needed
