Stored tension and past experiences are often held in the body, living in the spaces beyond language. In this guided experience, the steady, grounding pulse of the drum becomes a bridge to your inner landscape, inviting the body to move, express, and release.
Through free-form painting, intuitive movement, and rhythm, you will use color and gesture as somatic tools to externalize what has been held within. This is not an art class; it is a sacred space for expression, catharsis, and reclamation.
