About the event
Join Nicole and Rebecca for a children's Rogki class. Â This event is custom created for kids, ages 6 and up, and will include Yoga, Reiki, Aromatherapy and Meditation. This 60 minute event is designed to help the kids open up their energy centers, Â heal , to connect to their body and the best in them in a fun, relaxed style. We encourage the children to move, breathe and find space for quiet and healing. Â Â Feel free to bring your water, journal, mat, pillows, blankets and dress for comfort. $33pp.
