This gathering is a space to slow down, reconnect, and be gently held in community. Through heart-opening cacao, soothing sound healing, meditation, and intentional reflection, we create space to listen inward… to what's ready to be felt, and what's ready to be let go.
Together, we'll sip warm cacao, ground into our bodies, and move through a guided journey of sound and stillness. With the support of subtle energy healing and a simple seasonal ritual, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
