What can I expect at the workshop?

Embark on an immersive journey at the workshop designed to manifest your aspirations for the upcoming year. The session commences with a focused mind-mapping exercise, refining your goals with precision. Reiki Master Christine McDonough will guide a Reiki Healing Experience, aiming to remove any obstacles hindering your progress toward these goals. Following this, we will translate your dreams into a tangible vision board.

Each participant will leave with an 18x25 framed vision board, a visual representation of their aspirations, serving as a constant reminder to stay aligned with their objectives and bring their intentions to life throughout the year.
