Yoga Nidra The Power of Sankalpa
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a step-by-step, transformative guided meditation practice. In this 75-minute guided meditation, participants will rest in the posture of savasana. While at rest, Emily will escort you through the five layers of being: physical, energy, emotion, insight, and bliss - bridging the space between sleep and consciousness.
This is an adult event. While this is a donation-based community event, please let us know if you plan on attending by joining the guest list.Â
Participants are encouraged to bring: a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, eye covering, and anything else required to rest in comfort and ease. There is no prior yoga experience required to attend.
