Give your child a week of movement, mindfulness, and "Vitamin Sea!" Our Kids Yoga Camp is a playful, nurturing experience designed to support physical health and emotional well-being. Through a blend of yoga, art, and salt therapy, children build confidence and learn tools for relaxation in a joyful, supportive setting.
Daily Adventures Include:
Yoga & Movement: Playful poses and mindful flow.
