About the event
You will experience movement of the body through a light fluid yoga session, incorporating sacred sound, mantras & mudras. This will help to cultivate stillness by connecting naturally to the vibration of the universe.
Class is $33 per person, payment can be made directly to our Independent Practitioners: Carol and Susie via cash or venmo at the start of the event.
For added comfort, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, blocks and pillow.
