Even though this lifetime didn't grace me with children, it fills my heart with so much joy to witness the pure wonder and excitement of a child stepping into our salt room for the very first time. There is something truly magical about watching a little one walk into our center—perhaps a bit unsure of their surroundings during a Kids Yoga Camp with Miss Rebecca from Funny Farm Yoga—only to watch them transform by the end of the day, walking around with total confidence and a deep, peaceful grace. And the best part? They are actively healing their mind, body, and soul.

When we were building our salt room, it was a major turning point for me. I had to decide what kind of community I wanted to create and who we were truly here to serve. I knew deep down that I wanted Marc of Healing to be inclusive for all ages and abilities.

That intention shaped our physical space:

• Spacious Open Layout: We intentionally built our center floor wide and expansive before you even step onto the salt, ensuring ample room for strollers, mobility aids, and wheelchairs.

• Family-Friendly Healing: Our salt room is stocked with a basket of children's toys and is entirely safe and welcoming for children 8 months and older.

Our Re-Marc-Able Kids Yoga Program

Our Re-Marc-Able Kids program simply couldn't exist without our beloved Kids Yoga program, led by Rebecca Maderios of Funny Farm Yoga. This program has truly stood the test of time. It was one of our very first offerings, and it remains a cornerstone of our community.

Weekly classes start in October on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM, giving your little ones a steady, grounding routine as the season changes. In addition, we host special Kids Yoga Camps scheduled for the weeks of school vacations, offering a joyful sanctuary of movement and mindfulness when school is out.

It is such a special and unique space where children learn mindfulness, movement, and breathwork while their parents get to enjoy our peaceful ambiance, knowing their little ones are cared for in a safe, loving environment.

My heart is full of overflowing appreciation for every single child that walks through the doors of Marc of Healing. I truly believe that children's genuine authenticity, joy, love, and light continue to amplify our space even more—yes, even when a little one has a complete meltdown because they simply refuse to leave the salt room. Honestly? Don't worry about it at all. It just might be the biggest compliment I can possibly receive.
