What's Next for Marc of Healing | A Note on Change from Our Founder, Danielle Hanoud

Hello, beautiful community!

If you've stepped into Marc of Healing in Berkley, MA, you know that I am constantly working to keep our space aligned with the highest, vibrant energy possible. Lately, I've been doing a lot of meditating on a concept that is easy to talk about but let's face it….sometimes it's a little hard to actually live out: the power of the shift.

When I first created Marc of Healing, I had a very specific vision. In my mind, traditional yoga was going to be a pillar of our offerings. I truly believe with all my heart that moving the physical body is a sacred pathway to moving stuck emotional energy, in a supportive community atmosphere. And for the last four years, we have been so deeply blessed. We've had some of the most amazing, soul-filled independent yoga instructors grace our space and breathe life into our community yoga program.

But here is the beautiful, sometimes funny thing about growth: your vision when you start something may not be in alignment with where you are now.

The universe likes to laugh at our rigid plans, doesn't it? Before I opened Marc of Healing, when I was a general manager of a dealership, I was all about structure and processes…talk about rigid (my nickname was the ice princess!) lol. Now, I am in a flow state…but sometimes I might be too much in the flow (anyone knows of a good accountability business coach…lol). Sorry, got a little off track… ANYWAY…We think we've drawn a perfect roadmap, and then spirit gently whispers, "That was a great starting point, Danielle, but let's try this detour instead."

Effective July 2026, Marc of Healing's adult traditional yoga program will conclude, as we shift our class offerings to align with where our community is now. After four years of beautiful practice, Marc of Healing has made the conscious, heartfelt decision to release our adult traditional yoga program, at this time.

Please know this choice comes from a place of immense gratitude and love. Releasing isn't a failure; it's a sacred clearing. When we intentionally close one door and let go of what was, we create the space needed for new energy, new classes, and new offerings to flow right in. It's all about staying adaptable and trusting the divine timing of our evolution.
